SWITCHING TO BATTERY
If you're considering a switch to battery tools, you'll find everything you need to maintain your yard with the STIHL AK Homeowner System and AS Handheld System of tools. All the tools in these systems offer the advantages of battery.

ADVANTAGES OF BATTERY OPERATED TOOLS

CONVENIENCE

Battery tools are easy to start and easy to use. They are reduced-noise, which makes them an excellent choice in noise-restrictive areas. They require limited maintenance, which means no mixing of fuel and oil is required.

COMFORT

Battery tools are lightweight and easy to maneuver, making them comfortable to operate. There is also less operator fatigue due to reduced vibration from the electric motor.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Because they don’t require fuel for operation and they have zero exhaust emissions, battery-operated tools are environmentally friendly.

VERSATILITY

AK System and AS System batteries and chargers are compatible with all of the tools within their systems.

LONG RUN TIMES

STIHL batteries are designed for long run times with minimal drop in power as you approach the end of a charge cycle.
